Default Check Engine Light Help...

Ever since I bought the car.. The check engine light would come on during acceleration then when the car stopped and sat for a while, it would go away, then return with acceleration ( see movie)

Just wanted to post up before I got the thing scanned to see if anyone has had a similar problem, Im leaning towards o2 sensor or catalytic converter.

Sorry for the HORRIBLE quality video.

Car is a 95 LT1. Stock.

Automatic.

-George

Thanks for the help!

Why would you "lean" towards what it might be, when the answer is right in front of you? Just have it scanned - that's what it's there for!

Exactly. It tells you what problem it is seeing. Speculation is irrelevant.
