Default Whats throwin the P0100?

P0100 MAF insufficent activity.

My car throws this code right when it starts (ie @165rpm). After I delete it my car will sputter and die a few times before immediately throwing the code ones it does start. I'm just going to list the symptoms and what I've checked so far.

Symptoms;
-random miss at idle.
-only runs smooth at +2500rpm under partial throttle.
-at WOT it chugs below 2500rpm then randomly cuts in/out up to redline, sometimes not at all.

I've checked;
-MAF ground is good voltage is at 5v.
-swapped a known working MAF.
-unplugged MAF with no difference.
-unplugged O2's with no difference.

I've recenlty did;
-header install and a PCMforless tune.
-replaced wires and plugs.
-replaced fuel pressure regulator (it was leaking)
-took water pump off because gasket had a slight leak.

What else could I chek? I'm running out of Ideas.

Tried cleaning the MAF with electronic parts cleaner? I know you said it was swapped for another, but it wouldn't hurt.

Yep, I've cleaned both recently.

I also checked the elbow for leaks and it is fine.

What a coincidence! My car has set the same code a couple of times in the last two weeks.

I did a search here a couple of days ago, and the one thing that everybody seemed to agree on was to make sure you had juice to the MAF through the power plug, and the ground was good. I got 12V on the pink wire, 5V on the striped one, and ground on the third. I then flushed the plug and socket with WD-40 and compressed air, flushed the MAF once again with aerosol MAF cleaner, and reassembled. I've been good for two days, so far.

One thing that puzzles me about this code is that the car ran well, code or not.....

So I was doing some more searching after I tested my MAF. The pink ignition wire was not getting any voltage. After looking more I discoverd the eng sens fuse was blown. I replaced it and was able to start the car without getting the code thrown. It ran for several minutes without the code. However, it still had the same miss at idle as it had prior.

I'm on the right track, I just need to figure out what blew the fuse. Do you know what runs off the ENG SENS fuse? Engine sensors obviously, but which ones? Thanks!
