headlight problem
headlight problem So I just got back into the fbody world and bout a 94 trans am. i got it pretty cheap but startin to find minor things wrong with it. i was just wonderng what would cause the bights not to work. I'm thinking its like a switch or sumthing. when u click them on they wont "click" and come on, somtiems they will be on if u hold the lever back but other than that there stuck on dim. im assuming its just a switch that needs to be replaced?
The rod isnt being engaged inside the steering column. There is a plastic clip that is weak and sometimes will either break or pop out of track. If you pull off the cover over the blinker switch, you'll see another small cover that needs to come off inside. If you look you will see a rod and the plastic piece if you try to turn your brights on.
