haveing lt-1 problems

haveing lt-1 problems ok this is what is going on. i just bought the car and it is boging all the time. the mods it has is coil packs, cai, and some kind of exhaust not sure what kind. it has a aftermarket alarm and i think they bypassed the vats but not sure the light it is. what i have done to try and fix the problem.
TPS- helped a little but same boging.
spark plugs and wires- again help by same thing.
fuel filter- same thing
iacv- idling is good it seem so idle really low though.
Plz help would love to get this car going good.

lt1 problems ive checked the fuel pressure and for vacuum leaks. would the 02 senors cause it. i heard that the vats might cause this what do you think? on the cai it does not have a map would that be a problem?
