Default Time for some suspenson..

Well afte istalling my latest go fast part i've decided to go ahead and start getting my suspension dialed in..As of now i can foot brake it ad launc off stall and it's a smoke show lol as cool as it is i know i could get my *** handed to me from some riced out honda with a V-TEC lol..

Ok so i ko i'll need a tire and probably some LCA's with relo's, subframs are a must for the t-tops.. Right now the car has full stock suspenson.. I'm trying to stay on a budget since thats how the rest of the car is built..

So lets see what you guys can come up with, and what combo's your using..

For more info on the car it's a full bolt on car, cam, head work, gears, stall and spray..

I have a heads/cam car with basic suspension...

UMI Subframes
UMI Lower Control Arms
UMI LCA Relocation Brackets
UMI Torque Arm
UMI Panhard
Stock Shocks
Strano Lowering Springs

My suspension is all Non-Adj and cuts 1.6 short times and works killer on the street. Will be swapping out for Fully Adj. UMI components and Strange Drag Shocks/Springs this summer when I try to see how fast I can get this combo to go.

I would start off with the basics and start with some LCA's, LCA Relocation Brackets, and Subframes. If you have the money grab the Panhard and Torque Arm. See how that works out then go from there.

I would suggest getting all adjustable components so your not like me and spending the money twice.

Thats a good problem to have Brock!

A set of those MT ET Streets or Hoosier quick time pros will make that thing hook gauranteed, at least at the track.

Id start with those, then SFC's and LCA's at the same time.

If you do just the SFC's first even tho that would be cheaper, it would make the car more ridgid and even harder to hook.

On the CHEAP for street racing etc you can aslo disc the front sway bar, and put some V6 springs out back.

That should get you a good start
