Default Header install help.

So I started to install my headers myself and i have run into a bit of a problem. I can not get the last bolt out of the manifold. I pb blasted the hell out of it and still nothing. Now the corners are rounded and i attempted to use a kit from sears for removing rounded bolts. That also has failed. I need help. I want to destroy my car right now out of frustration. I just want to get the headers on so i can drive it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I cant tell you that for sure, but it will definately make it warm. Worth a shot. Just hold it there on the bolt for awhile and becarefull not to burn yourself. Goodluck.

I agree on the torch idea. get a propane or butane torch, you should have one anyway. They come in really handy.

Since it is already rounded, even a torch is going to be difficult to get any results as the head is rounded. Try and get a vise grip on there after you heat it pretty hot and try and pull/turn it. You can also try an "easy out" but that would probably require more room than you have...last but not least, yea, knock the head off and go from there.
