Default valvetrain upgrade

i have a 97 z28 lt1 m6 with the stock cam and stock heads. I am looking to upgrade to the lt4 valve springs, 1.6 or 1.7 rockers, and ls7 lifters but i want to know can i use stock length pushrods or do i need a different length?

With LT4 springs I would not use any more than 1.6 rockers and I would reuse the stock lifters unless you find a problem with them.

The LS7 lifters are a popular replacement because they are a good lifter at a great price, NOT because they are a performance upgrade at least not at the mild level you are looking to play at.

technically you should be checking PR length but from a practical standpoint the stock 7.200 is extremely likely to be correct.
