Abs? Asr?

wasup everyone, i have a 1997 camaro z28, my ABS and ASR lights are on so theres definetly something wrong with it, i dont kno if its broken or what.. the point is do i lose power with having it broken..? i heard it locks my wheels up and doesnt let me take of as well..i couldnt even do donuts or burnout untill i recently put some 3.73 gears on

Check two wires connected to the black cylinder over the left valve cover. A lot of times your stock manifold will burn them causing those two annoying lights to come on. It happened to my 96 Z28, its a quick fix.

if the ASR light is on then the traction control is disabled meaning it wont do anything. i would check the rear end and see if your abs connectors are on correctly since they plug in by the wheel on the backing plate
when ASR kicks in, its very obvious. your gas pedal will kick back , the car will just completely stop accelerating and just coast.
