Question Crazy speedo!!

Just recently my speedo started going up and down when i let off the brake, most of the time it will go all the way to 150 then fluctuate back down to whatever speed im going. The car was never tuned after my gears so it is off my 15 mph if that has anything to do with it. I really want to get this taken care of quickly because im selling my car and dont want it still doing this while someone is test driving the car so any help is appreciated
