Well I ran into a snag.. I was shipped the wrong Valve Seals..they are for a SBC instead of a LS1..working that one out at the moment and pretty set on having them make them arrive here on Saturday by any means necessary.

No I'm not running a Windage Tray.. if you saw how the Oil Pan is baffled and how far the Crank sits up in the Block there really is no need for one.

Man that sucks! Its always something! I got my car back yesterday and its by far the best sounding exhaust I've heard. I'll have to get some video this weekend and post them up.

Valve Seals got here 9:00 this morning.

Here is the latest pics..

Heads on..

Lining up the Clutch..this is the best alignemt tool there is..

All together and ready to slide in..

About to drop it in..

Its in the car now, everything is bolted up. I have to make a few adjustments with the new Torque Arm and mounting it.
The Poly Motor Mounts were a pain in the ***, but everything lines up.

Well here's the pics of todays work..

Engine in from yesterday..

UMI Torque Arm and Crossmember..

Stuff getting slowly together..

Ready to start..

And here it is running..

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1u0XhTDLe3A

It's idling at 60psi cold, runs great and holds a steady idle, I still have to make a few adjustments. I bled the Clutch and it moves..took 3 minutes to bleed. Speed Bleeder FTW..

Soon I'll be driving it.

Just wondered if it ever crossed your mind to do it since your still running power steering pump. With a hydroboost you wont need to run brake power booster. Some pro-touring guys do it to make more room and a cleaner look under the hood.

Just a picture of it for reference
