Default Opti failing at 6500rpms

well my opti spark failed at 6500 rpms going through the traps and this is the after math. from the looks of it one of the plastic rivets came off at 6500rpms and it hit the side, this is probably why Joe suggested the MSD cap and rotor (held on with a screw) MSD cap and rotor are on the way so i should be back at the track within a week

the screws didnt come out, the rivets that hold the metal piece on the rotor broke off thus letting it extend and cause that damage, the MSD is held on with a bolt rather then plastic. but yes i did use lock tite, the red stuff too
