LT1's are becoming the new fox body it seems and the market generally applies to high school aged individuals. I bought my first LT1 in highschool but at that time they were a little pricey for a 16 year old unless it was beaten up. Now you can even come across some high mileage LS1's that a 16 year old could afford. I remember back in the late 90's when my dad wanted an LT1 Z28 but now it's my next door 16 year old neighbor running it off the road, thinking their badass and all that.
Only thing about arguing, is the threads alway get locked. Although its fun while it lasts!

there is nothing sexier than a black LT1 WS6 (or in my case black LT1 w/ WS6 hood
) any advanced LTx tech on here has really already been gone over... we've run out of things to talk about and discuss.... There are some advanced talks that go on here sometime but it's overshadowed with the 500 dudes asking "what CAI do I got? I bought my car for 200 bucks from a dude named Billybob and he says it's from D&B cool air sucking company..."
those that have stuck with LTx's are somehow attached to the motor. My engine builder shakes his head all the time at why I decided to go this route when i could have a 434 ci SBC with 18 degree heads, belt drive distributor and all the fixins for about the same price...
