Default New best w/ AI setup.... Barely lol

Previous best was a 11.28@118 and the 1/8th was 7.16@94.xx w/ open headers and no roll bar.

First pass equaled my previous best......11.28@118.3 on a 7.19@95.63. This was through the exhaust w/ a 1.58 60ft.

Took off the y-pipe/muffler setup and went>>>

60ft 1.63
330ft 4.67
1/8th 7.200@96.78 (new best MPH)
1/4 11.268@119.74 (new best ET and MPH)

Next time I run open headers I'm going to add an extension onto the collector. It felt like I lost some tq down low, which could explain the slower 60/330ft.

Still pleased with it since I've added nearly 100lbs to the car with the roll bar. Now its time to upgrade the stock tq arm, sway bar,10bolt and look for some 1.4x 60fts. Which I think should easily equate to a 10sec motor pass.

Next pass I was gonna throw the bottle in for a little 150hp fun but the overflow, radiator cap, upper hose or something up top started seeping a little coolant. So I packed it up and headed to the house.

Here's the video>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

The car looks like it leaves kind of soft. I don't know your cam specs but it looks like you would benefit from a bigger stall.

Either way the car runs good congrats.

I agree it does look a little soft on the launch.

I'm running a th350 with an edge 3600. The previous best was with the 4l60e and edge 4000. The car actually 60fts better with the th350 though.

Yea putting atleast a 4k stall would benefit better but if ur spraying it, then it wont matter what stall is really in there. But yea that car does leave very soft, what cam is in there too.

I haven't gotten to run at the track with the spray yet. But I told Andre that I would be spraying upwards of a 250 shot. So that could be why it leaves a little soft on motor.

Great times for your setup! Good luck getting those times down.

Is that more of a track car or street car since the th350?

Thanks!

Its more of a weekend car and always has been. I still cruise it around town and drive it to work sometimes . Driving around town isn't bad but I wouldn't want to go on a long highway run.

Nice to see things progressing, Travis! Looks like it could use a little more gear for NA runs. If you want to run it with open exhaust, it would help to take the time to datalog at the track and tune it to run in those conditions. Nice work, thanks for posting an update.
