lT1 valvetrain question ok next week im gonna order the following parts do you think this is all im gonna need... my motor has 145000 so nothing is new internally.

Trick Flow 21407100 pushrods
and lt4 springs-http://www.jegs.com/i/GM+Performance...95494/10002/-1
are the pushrods over kill? and will i need new retainers?
