Default The Problems Never End, Need Help

So guys so my car has given me a never ending list of problems. Every time I get one fixed its been throwing me another 2. So after last weeks clutch adjustment to fix the loose pressure plate the car was running pretty good. So this weekend I went and reinstalled the exhaust. Got in it and started it up. It was backfiring and but still running smooth. So the next day I go to move it and finally break in the new engine. I got to move it and the car stalls out. I try to restart it and its having a very hard time to restart. It fires up again but its missing on 1 or 2 cylinders so I move it back and park it back in its almost 9 month parking spot and turn it back off. So I fire it back up again and it fires with no problems. It was not idling very well and you could tell for sure it was missing on 2 cylinders. It would run for about 10 seconds then shut itself off. Anybody got any ideas. I do not have a check engine light.

I would start by verifying that is, or is not, firing on all cylinders. You mentioned that it is a new engine. Perhaps double checking to make sure you don't have a wire or two crossed.

Ill pull the plugs when I get home from college again. I know the plugs wires are correct. I have checked those to many times and even redid them 3 times. It does have 9 month old gas in the car. I am thinking of adding some new gas to the 3/4 of a tank of old. Also I found out that my brakes need bleeding again after doing it last month. Hopefully its not the master cylinder since I have blown 3k over the summer on this car and I don't have any more money to put into it. What I don't get that it was running on 8 cylinders then it just started drooping cylinders out. Its also hard to pinpoint this problem since everything is new or rebuilt. Car ran perfect when I pulled the engine out for a spun bearing.
