Default How much do you pay for insurance?

I pay $43 a month for my Trans Am (single).

Spent like a half hour on the phone with my insurance getting it as low as possible.

I started at $78 a month. Got all the discounts I could and kept the same coverage. Added a truck to my policy and now it's $93 or so a month. That's awesome.

Wow, thats insane I never paid that much when I was 22 let alone 18 with a 94 trans am. Did you have any prior accidents I just cant see Jersey being that bad compared to Chicago for insurance. I also had state farm forever.

New Jersey has the highest rates for car insurance in the country, hands down. This is fact. It's something us Jerseyans have been battling and arguing with for years.

I had one prior suspension (racing) and one accident (at-fault), and that vaulted my insurance. I switched to Progressive and now pay $101 a month for two cars, full coverage.
