Well this is usually a DIY appearance mod, either you make one, find someone thats selling one or have someone put one together for you...theres no one out there currently making these business-wise atleast that I know of.

Talk to MJs1FastSS on this forum, or check the for sale ads for him. He'll make you one and ship it anywhere to you. He charged me 95.00 flat including priority shipping and I got a brand new panel and his paint job was awesome. It's a cool mod

There is a guy here that does some great filled in panels do a search. Although your better off doing it yourself it's pretty easy!

whatever bodyshop sprays the panel should be able to fill in the lettering and the key hole for the trunk.
