Lt1 low vacuum

Lt1 low vacuum I have a 95 camaro with a 383, 11.4 cr, 195cc tfs heads, and a le 234/242 108lsa and the engine doesnt make enough vacuum at idle (850-1000) to have much power brakes. The car is tuned by redline in STL. Just wondering if anyone else has had these problems and what did they do about them. The cam shouldnt be the problem it either has to be the tune or a vacuum leek somewhere right?
although i dont have as much cam or cubes as you i had a similar problem. turned out that my valve springs were getting weak and wasnt closing the valves good enough. it could also be that your valves need to be adjusted.

Could be a leak, but a cam with that much overlap is not going to make much vac at idle.
I used a vacuum canister on mine and it worked great.
I put it inline between the brake booster and the intake manifold.
Cost me like $60 from Summit IIRC.
