power stumble

i recently replaced my water pump when i was pulling it i found an oil leak from the front timing cover seal (crank shaft seal). well pulled it had to remove the opti. i have the dynatech opti no a stock style unit. so i checked it and it was in good order. it take about 3 weeks for me to get this done (other things got in the way weather and the like. now at some high rpm i have a slight stumble its not bad but there it doesn`t hit in the same spot evertime. the only thing i can think is some trash in the system but not sure. anybody got any ideas let me know.

It could be many things ~see below

Check: coil wire
plug wires
loose ignition connection
moisture in opti
vacuum leak in elbow
02 sensor
engine temp sensor
injectors
l

plug wires are new, checked all ignition connection there good, opti has some oil on it but it`s vac lines are routed to he top of the engine there are no o2 sensors temp sensor is new and the injectors ? not sure.
