I need help LT1 cap and roter MSD I have a 94 corvette and I am changing the optispark to a msd and I recieved one that is for a 95-97 LT1. Part # 84811 Is there really any differance and will it work on my car?

It's just the cap and rotor and I would change it all out buy a lack of money ...500 distributor....so I gather that it will work even though there is a different on for the 94 LT1? Thank for all your help.
