97 trans am value

97 trans am value a guy is trying to trade me a 97 t\a straight up for my 87 chev 4x4. it has 112,000 miles on it, 6 speed, new plugs, wires, distributor and clutch. car is bone stock.
my truck has a rebuilt 454 tbi, new trans, t-case, 6" lift, 35x13.50 toyo m\t's body is nice with some rust.
we both value our vehicles around $8000.
now keep in mind f-body cars in canada are pretty pricey. you wont get a nice ls1 fbody around here for less than 15k usually
what you guys think?

you could make some money at it probably. especially with ls powered cars. but for the couple grand i would save vs the 1500 i would spend bringing it over it's not worth it for me
