New Cam, Help! Hey everyone, I was looking at this cam kit for my car but it says "off highway" does this mean I wouldn't be able to use my car on highways or just not recommended or this website is crazy?! I was about to order than I saw this, I almost have the motor out (blown oil pump) (through the bottom) and It about that time to start ordering the parts, anyhow this is the cam kit http://paceperformance.com/index.asp...D&ProdID=22705

What website is that? Is there anything else you recommend while the motor is out? I want to be in the 450, 500 range after a new set of port matched heads, I ported the stock throttle body (most likely going to get a 58mm at some point) and I ported the intake manifold and the runners... also have the basics like tb bypass, 160 thermo, fan switch, SLP loudmouth, Magnaflow cat and changed all the fluids recently (trans, coolant, diff (75w-90 mobil 1 LS), and motor oil will of course be brand new)

I figured those were big numbers, Anything you guys suggest while I have the motor out that wouldn't be outrageously priced? starting with things like electric water pump, pulley's, stuff like that, im looking to spend about 300 bucks more to try and get the most power out of my LT1 before putting it back together, It most likely will not be coming out for a while. I am doing Nitrous later down the road and some 4.10 gears.... just looking for a little help! Thanks guys!
