Don't mention it. Keep us posted. And find a tuner guru and pick their brain for anything that might help. You never know; a seemingly innocuous exhaust mod might make a small difference that makes the PCM do something unexpected with AFR. FWIW.

Suing for fees and expenses and what ever else is only for those who have the money to do so. It's a crap shoot. What if you lost?
You still have to keep in mind your car is not emissions legal by federal standards. They find that out you are done. It doesn't matter if you pass a sniffer or not it is also illegal for the converter(s) to be relocated from their factory stock position.

you should be lucky its only $200, up here its $500, did you have coated or painted headers?

one thing that happened to me when mine got tested and failed was since it is considered a single exhaust, but i had 2 tips out the back of the muffler, they put the emissions pipes on both of the tips instead of just one. just a thought
