good grounds?

good grounds? I have recently relocated my battery to trunk but have not reconnected the battery yet.
i have used 0guage wire from my battery to the front of the car.
My question is for grounds: I have used the frame rail in the back as a ground for the battery, I used a special ground block that is held in place with two screws bolted to frame rail, Is that a good ground?
2nd, I used the same grounding block in the rear and removed paint just behind the headlight for the grounding location is my second position ok as well?
i have done alot of searches for good ground positions but Im just not 100% sure with mine
