It was more sarcasm than offense, its all good. That picture is in the 2010 LS1tech calendar so a lot of people will see it, lol.

Like I said, just cut the bump stops off and never worry about it again. I run a 315 ZR1 on the street and a 27x11.50 Hoosier QTP on the track and have no issues with the stops removed and the mounting brackets ground flush. Of course I had to use a big hammer to clearance a few spots but it works. The only issues I have ever had was the fender lip causing a groove in my street tire when I had two passengers in the back.

Well **** I like the sounds of this, I may be cutting that **** off tomorrow then, Yeah I have 315's now and they never have seen to hit before but never noticed it with the suspension hanging completly down. I may be going to much rubber for the track but hell I was thinking it would give some more rubber to grip! I seem to spin the tires a bit even with the 315's through 1st and 2nd and hell some times through 3rd. That's on the street with drag radials though! I'm not going to run slicks, close to it but not exactly slicks!

yes absolutely! i went with 5/8" studs, and they fit perfectly with my billet specialties wheels, had to drill out the rotors to clear them though. It does limit you to running a drag wheel though, no way could i run zr1s again.

i also went with 5/8'' studs and BS street lites. I had my axles drilled for 5/8 studs in between the 1/2'' stud holes so i could switch back to 1/2'' studs and run street wheels again if i ever wanted to.

I am also running Strange drag brakes and their rotors come dual drilled for both size studs

Thanks for the comments guys, I plan on dropping it soon. I want to do QA1's up front next I already have drag shocks coming in for the rear. I will probably just leave the rear the way it is.

Hehe, thanks. And the pics don't do the graphics justice. I'm not one for gawdy stuff, I actually had to talk my buddy who painted them down to this point. He wanted to hit the whole side of the car. In person they're actually pretty subtle.
