oil adapter bolt size?
oil adapter bolt size? I went to put the oil filter adapter spin-on on and I cant find a bolt thats threads in what the thread on it?
1/4 to small
3/8 to big
5/16 only goes in like 2 threads and stops so the pitch isn't right what could it be?metric? not sure on the pitch of the test bolt its prob a 5/16 18 dunno for sure though
I dont want to go buy half the hardware store to figure this out

apparently the bolts I was trying were some weird 5/16 thread cause I found a box of 5/16-18 I had and they work
