Default O2 sensor codes after header instal?

I put lt headers on my 96 ss 3 months ago and it ran fine for 2 months. it's throwing slow response codes now, I have replaced the o2 sensors with brand new delco ones. Any suggestions?

Were the headers ceramic coated?

And when did you replace the O2s, during the header install or recently (you're a little unclear)? Did you delete the rear sensors too?

110% agreed....
if you have changed o2 sensors too soon they will go bad from the coating burning off!

i cheat when before installing new COATED headers,i spray alcohol into each tube and light them on fire to speed up the process then reinstal the old O2s for a while....

Sorry I should have given more info. The headers were used so the coating is stuck, and i didn't have to replace them until it started to throw codes 2 months later. I used the sensors that were on the headers when I bought them bc I didn't want to mess up new ones. I never got around to changing them until it threw the codes. I bought delco o2s and everything was fixed for only 5 days when it started again. Madz28 tuned the car and deleted o2s, egr,air and his power tune. I spoke to ion and he said the computer might be bad. Do they just go out?
