P1371 code DI low resulution

P1371 code DI low resulution I did a little research and it could be either the crank sensor mounted in the timing cover or the optic sensor mounted in the the opti. Car was running fine I just happened to notice the light and I scanned it. Car is not driven since its January I just happened to start it.

No actually started fine. I was surprised the light came on. Where can I get a new opti harness? I have replaced the opti before twice. Before I pony up the bucks I would like to replace the harness. At least if its not the problem it will be new.
