Crank Casting #'s

Does anyone know what the casting # on the stock LT1 crank stands for?

I'm not talking about the main number that is the same for all 1 piece rms 350's, but the 2x number. I have two cranks and noticed one has a 24 on it and the other has a 21 on it. The number is located about 2/3's of the way back the crank and is rather large.

Stands for either the day it was made my spare has 20 cast on it and its next to the month it was made so thats the logic on that I am still researching it some though.
