Default Six Speed Guys! What T/A

What is a good torque arm to run. I have the BMR trans mount now but it is going in the trash. I was look for the T/A that mount on the cross member. I have been looking at the Burkhart severe duty, it looks just like the madman one but around $300 ceaper. What will be the best one to get?

+1 for the umi full length adj. then new design is great i beat the crap out of it with my m6 and it holds up great. The relocation kit is for sure something to look into to help take the stress off the tailshaft

I just put the Cross Brace located UMI TA on my M6, should I have not have done this? I'm wondering now if this is going to hurt or help my launch/60' ability.

Most people are running the full length because they have true duals

Ah. I'm still on the Y, although my DSL does touch the Y, but it's so tight there isn't any rattle. I do feel the 9" tons more now over 65mph, since all that is now forced right to the floorboard basically.

I do realize that I'm a LS1 also, but most of this Chassis/suspension stuff carries over.

I have the tunnel mount UMI, have barely enough clearance for my 3" y-pipe into 4" single. Only one run on my car so far, so haven't really gotten into tuning the rear suspension much.

You talking about the ones that bolt up to the Tunnel Brace?

The T/A that I have is the fully adjustable one but I think that it is time for and up grade. All the rest of my suspension is UMI so i might just go with there T/A. Thanks for the input guys!

how big are you talking? I am running 3" duals w/ a tunnel mount and have no issues and the exhaust is tucked up higher than the torque arm

Why trash it just use the relocation mount to get the arm off the tranny BMR is a great product!

MADMAN is a chassis fabricator he did a ton of true R&D on his suspension fabrication. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE
