Vatozone sucks. Somebody help
Vatozone sucks. Somebody help So My car decided to get a hole in one of the coolant tubes.
It goes from the driver side of the water pump down and to the bottom driver side of the radiator area. I couldn't spot where it went exactly. It's about an inch or so thick. Not the main coolant hoses.
I went to Autozone and they said there's only two. And it's the main 2.
Does anybody have the specific name for this or a way to speak to the mutants at autozone so they can get me the correct one? The guy was very inept. Clearly it's running coolant from it, but I don't have enough experience to know if it's to the heater or what.

Yes they are called "oil cooler lines"unfortunately they have been discontinued from GM..I have tried to find them and no luck..was told there was a company trying to get the approval to start making them..this was back in april 09.you could always eliminate the oil cooler.

GM PART # 10197675 for #16 - not discontinued.
my1994z28: he did not indicate he had an oil cooler. It appears he was referring to the bypass hose (when you don't have an oil cooler).
