Conventional distributor/ intake?
I d like to switch over to a megasquirt to run 96 or 120 injectors for e85. The megasquirt can use a crank trigger or distributor pretty easy. Its a 383, 76 turbo th400 in an impala so room is ok at the firewall.
I was thinking about the holley stealth ram maybe?
The BENCH RACERS will tell you about the massive midrange gains of carbed intakes BUT the actual RESULTS from the intakes guys most often use show losses below 5500 or so similar to about 6500 and then a gain above that. Doesn't sound to me like what you want, so if you do this ignore popular input on intake selection.
