tunercat questions im goin to get the tunercat tuning software for my car, but was wonderin besides there online ordering is there any other way to get ahold of these guys by phone or whatnot ? i have a few question about there software and so on any help is apperciated

i just did that .what are the tuner requirements .ill be usin my laptop its got windows xp and so on .i just got a new one so it will be used for the car solely .how do they ship the stuff and how quick are they ? sorry for all the questions but the site is very vague

Ive had C.A.T.S for about 2 months i love it just make sure you get a scan tool and afr to stay safe when tuneing.ive had great help threw emailng C.A.T.S plus go talk to some guys on Monodax theyll help out some also
You can download the s/w on-line and install it to see if it loads, when you order it they send you the key.
It works on my XP machine, and I have read that it does work with Vista (I don't have a Vista machine to verify).
I am fairly sure it will work on my new W7 machine, at least in compatibility mode if not native W7 mode.
You'll want a scan tool, Datamaster is considered to be the best. I ordered mine from akmcables for a discounted price of $95. You'll also want VEMaster to help tune your VE tables, it is freeware. A wideband is a must for any tuning, but you probably know all this stuff already.
