Default No cover on Tranny

Okay so when I did my oil change a week ago I notice there is no cover protecting the Flexplate and Torque converter from the outside weather (have 4L60e) since I can see the torque converter and flexplate on my 96 Z28. Is there supposed to be a cover or something there because it just doesn't look right.

do you know the GM number or an aftermarket one for it? I checked summit and Jegs but couldn't find anything that looks like one that will go on it.

Im not too sure I have a 6-speed so I never check on many auto trans parts. But look up flywheel dust covers on summit and there's a whole list of them

Just searched Summit for "flywheel dust covers, Dust covers, and 4L60e" but none gave me a direct answer cept for Flywheel dust covers but they were not for the 4L60e transmission.

I just searched ebay and nada. wow this economy SUCKS. Let me look through some of my links and see if I can find that place that had them. I know I ran across a place that you could get just about any cover for just about any app that had a 4l60e

well here you go. Both plastic and aluminum (about 2/3s of the way down, no real way to pin point it out for you) just scroll done:

Google after all is my friend. Typed in 4l60e dust cover and this was the first one that came up. Also here is one already placed in the checkout cart. It is the plastic one. The aluminum one says for 4X4 and heavy duty trucks. It also has braces that goes from the cover to the motor. But anyways here you go:
