Default Stock Timing

I just downloaded what is supposed to be a stock 94 lt1 m6 tune and it looks like total timing at WOT (100 Kpa) is only 17 degrees. Is this right?

Pretty sure my mail order is at 36-38 total.

Are there any modifiers or anything I'm missing.

The table I'm looking at is Main spark advance ext.

Don't think what you downloaded is correct (nowhere near what my stock A4 tables say). Are you confident of the source?

Rob,

I just went back to the source and downloaded several more files and they were ALL 33 degrees at WOT and 100kpa up to 6000 rpm.

So I agree, the source seems bad. I downloaded it from the bfranker site under the stock files category.

They have it really hacked up. Must have been spraying a big shot on that "stock" tune to have pulled 50% of the timing out and went negative even in some areas.

Does anyone have any stock calibrations they can send me that are known good stock files?

Do you need a specific year? I have my stock file.

Would like to have a 94, but 95 would work. In fact I would like to take a look at a stock firehawk file.

Can you shoot it to me gregrob20 "at" msn.com

Thanks bro
