Default putting cats in LPP OFY

So I just got the notice saying I need to go through emissions again. I loop holed the car through two years ago but I'm tired of resisting. So any input at all on installing cats into an LPP Stainless OFY?

I would get some good hi flow cats, band clamp em in. Then after emissions testing, you can clamp a piece of pipe back in there. Sucks you gotta hack up a stainless ORY though.

Just have them welded in. I'm putting dual cutouts on my LPP ORY so you can make it happen.
