what kind of power does a 383 make?
Without knowing the headwork (if any) and valvetrain, it's impossible to take any kind of accurate estimate. What other modifications can you see?
A red intake doesn't necessarily mean it's an LT4. Lots of guys paint and powdercoat their intakes red nowadays.
The larger displacement facilitates the HP produced by the valvetrain. Displacement alone doesn't make the power.
A realistic range for strokers is stock power to about 450rwhp for hydraulic cammed. Not many hit the 450rwhp number though.
LOTS of people blindly believe displacement is key and in their quest neglect heads, use a cheap off the shelf cam, heavy pistons with thick parasitic rings and weaker than stock cast cranks. VERY few folks I would be willing to buy a "built" motor from because so many are done so badly.
