stock short block ???

would i run into ptv issues with a stock short block .028 hg. .020 milled heads and a 620 lift cam?

Doubtful, but it wouldn't hurt to check.

And because I don't know anything else about your build, .620" is an awful lot of lift for a stock bottom end. What are you doing for heads?
