Converter ?
That what I thought but I know on some of the older mopar stuff the 318's are neutral and the 360 I think finish the ballance out on the engine. My bud had a problem when year one sent him a 318 converter and the damn thing destroyed the flexplate and trans even though he told them he had a 360
Far as I know those old Mopars are the only thing you need worry about that on.
On our engines the flexplate is balanced to the rotating assembly in stock form and then at engine build time most folks go fully internal balance and then the flexplate needs to be neutral too.
