i have a 97 camaro with a LT1 engine. my pcm isnt logging the miles and it will not pass inspection in texas due to everything stating not ready. i am obviously needing to get a new pcm flashed to my vin number, but they are saying i can delete all the emissions on it. egr, smog pump, 02 sensors, my question is, will it pass TX inspection that way? or would it still read not ready? i am wanting to order it in the next couple days, so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

 

Idk about texas but here in nevada they wont even hook up your car if they dont see cats most people either Gut them. But thats here
