quick question please help i have a 97 camaro with a LT1 engine. my pcm isnt logging the miles and it will not pass inspection in texas due to everything stating not ready. i am obviously needing to get a new pcm flashed to my vin number, but they are saying i can delete all the emissions on it. egr, smog pump, 02 sensors, my question is, will it pass TX inspection that way? or would it still read not ready? i am wanting to order it in the next couple days, so any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
