Timing set question
Timing set question So I bought a "new" LT1 timing set from a guy on here and it appears that he sent me an LT4 cam gear, LT1 crank gear, and an LT1 chain. Can you use the LT4 gear with the LT1 stuff?
I am not sure about the chain itself as I have never tried to swap them but I can tell you that if you run the mechanical water pump it won't work unless you swap the drive gear on the impeller drive shaft to the lt4 as well.
