Default Fuel economy sucks.

I know I know, its an f body, but my fuel economy is terrible for my setup. Right now I average about 15mpg, mixed driving, about 80-100 miles highway and 120 or so around town, which isn't a lot of stop and go. I don't baby the car, but I don't run the hell out of it. Maybe I should mention its a 97 M6 car.

Anyways, my setup is basic:
-Pacesetter long tubes and off road y.
-Hooker catback.
-Deleted AIR, EGR, and EVAP
-1.6 roller rockers, LT4 springs, guideplates, pushrods, etc.
-Taylor OTVC setup.
-K&N cold air.
-Air foil.

Now the new, non-performance stuff:
-NGK TR5s gapped at .035. I know this may be an issue.
-Fuel filter
-Both coolant sensors, Standard brand I believe.
-Bosch O2 sensors

Now the the known issues:
-I have a small vacuum leak.
-The throttle body to pass side valve cover needs replacement(anyone have a part number?)
-Plugs and gap maybe?

Any suggestions or anything would be great.

honestly, don't think youll get any better gas mileage unless you baby the gas pedal.

I get 10mpg on a good day.

When my 93' ta was stock, it would get 20mpg. If I babied it, mostly highway driving, w/323 gears. Since I put in 373's/3800 stall. cam,heads,exhaust..the works, the mileage went down to 13mpg's on avg. So I don't think your too bad.
