Default MAF electrical problem please help.

I am working on a 94 firehawk, this car has 134,000 miles. I just replaced the intake gasket and everything went smoothley. Before putting the manifold back on I sprayed the valley and spider down with seafoam (deep creep). Reassembled and Started the car to purge the coolant of air and the car ran horribly. Found loose spark plug wire and reconnected, then the car does not start. Turns over but not start. Double checked wire connections found nothing. Went to O'reily rented cheapy scanner and scanned it through a code 48 (maf circuit failure). So I checked the voltage at the Maf plug (chiltons manual says yellow and the black w/white striped wires supposed to have between 4 and 6 volts) Yellow wire has 5 volts Black/white wire 0 volts. So I traced black and white wire back to the pcm and have no voltage anywhere on that lead. Manual says if car will not start may have faulty pcm being there is no voltage to the black and white lead. Please someone tell me I have missed something and if not does anyone know what model years I can take a pcm from. I believe the same year corvette has the same pcm but not positive. Thank you guys in advance for the guidance.

Can any one tell me if this means my pcm is bad or I possibly missed something. Thank you for the insight.
