Default Anything else while I'm in there??

Hey guys, I havent posted much up here, because of a lot of confusion about my car. The PO had NO idea what was done to it . Anyhoo, I'm replacing the water pump on my car and I'm curious if there is anything else that would be good to replace while I'm in there? I'm ripping out the AIR and EGR at the same time and I'm contemplating replacing the thermostat just because I have no idea if it has already been replaced with a lower temp one? I should say that I dont have much experience working on LT1's (I've been a pretty die hard 5.0 guy till I picked up this beast, sorry). I should say that it's a 94 Z28 m6 with a crate? motor? The po did say that the engine was replaced and it has GM Performance sticker under the hood (very official) and it does have aluminum heads which I believe come on the corvette LT1's? It has 64k miles and from what I can tell it has the following upgrades, Moroso CAI, throttle body air foil, no cat, 3" exhaust with flowmaster and a bunch of suspension stuff but I'm really just curious about the engine for now. Well I'm sure this is way more information than anyone still reading this wants to know so if you guys have any other ideas for cool/easy/worth it mods while im in there any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Since you are there look at all the Seals in the front of the Timing Cover..take the time to remove the Balancer and the Opti, clean that all up nice and check everything over.

That's what I would do since it is a new car to you.

Thanks for all of the tips and offers for help. It's cool to see people so willing to offer advice and even help! It turns out that my car gave me an early birthday present, when I got into it I noticed that it was just a hose leaking (hopefully). There was a nice big green/yellow trail of dried antifreeze from the upper hose where it attaches to the pump. When I previously looked at it, it was from the bottom. The fluid leaked out of the hose and down over the gasket so it looked like it was the gasket from the bottom. Thanks again, I hope that this is a 100% fix. Thanks again
