WOW is right...you spend all that money on a supercharger and you want to use a hand held tuner. Please don't

That kind of stuff needs to be done in person, up close and personal. Even some bigger N/A builds need to be done in person and spending time watching and recording data then adjusting. Spend the dough.

Anytime you have a serious build like that a mail order tune should be done...and then when you get a chance get a dyno tune. Some places will do a base tune for you to make sure the car actually runs decent enough to get it on a dyno and further dial it in. It's not always easy to get a mail order tune spot on with lots of mods. So many things go into tuning that you need someone to take the time and get it just right...not always but most of the time that's the best plan. A hand held tuner will not get you what you need.

Speaking of tunes, if you opt for the PCM for less tune, but dont want to send in the pcm, it seems they have an option to put a tune on a chip and send it to you?

only 93's use chips but it is possible to have them email you the tune then you need a cable to plug into the OBD port, course you can always pay the deposit and they'll send you a pcm pre-loaded then you return yours and get your deposit back.
BUT if your blown and thinking about having pcmforless tune your car...

Go trifecta or mad z i think is the other. they send you a tuner and you just plug it in to your diag port and upload the tune they make for you. Then you can data log it and send it to them and they can check it to make sure it is right. I am doing Trifecta preformance tune right now. No taking the PCM out and no mailing it away. PCM's for less needs to get with the times.

Buy TTS Datamaster, TunerCats, Cable, and a Tune.

You can then collect data to enable the distant tuner to correct the tune, you will be able to see what was changed (observe fisherman), and immediately learn how to change the tune in your car.

Then you will have a tune that is Safe and can go to dyno to refine IF you want, or if you listen and observe the changes you should be able to ask questions and receive advice and then do your own tuning (feed yourself fish).

Boosted is NOT the easiest to learn to tune, but SC is the easiest boosted soo...

I strongly suggest a 2 Bar Speed Density tune. If the person tuning can't do Speed Density then find someone who can and HAS done it before! FEW tuners can do it and should be a REAL hint on how talented they are.

2 Bar map will allow tuning the timing and fuel accurately up to ~15 psi.

Good luck

Your next question will likely be..Where do I find and buy a 2 bar MAP?

There are many sold on Ebay I think I paid ~$50 last month with connector.

Next question is why do I say SC is easier to tune? Answer boost is predicatable at an RPM the charger will make roughly the same boost.

A turbo by contrast can make max boost or min boost at almost any RPM.

Good luck
