Default Lt1 Newbie P0300 code

Hey guys I got a 96 Camaro Z28 with several different bolt on's.Got some mods I wanna do to it just cant get rid of this P0300 code. Already changed out PLugs and Wires They are good! Plugs are not burnt or Lean so Fuel Mixture Looks Good. I have MSD Coil coming in tomorrow. Checked all grounds everything looks good. NO Opti Codes although that's always a . I was under the car and did notice that my Crank Position Sensor Did have a bunch of oil on it. Could that be whats causing it?I don't mind buying the opti however i dont wanna buy it if i dont have to ..nah mean..

I've been reading on here for quite some time now , just registered because im @ a fork in the road.

mods: edelbrock long tube headers, morosso cai , 3.42 gears, ngk plugs, jegs 8.5 wires, march underdrive pulley, custom 54 mm tb

I am pretty sure if there is arching its the wires. They may look good but any small cracks or tares could make them arch.
