I was expecting more especially with all those mods. Kinda disappointed especially with all the talk about that super duper special custom cam.

haha, no not 130 in the 1/4, I wish.

Also I found out that this was done on only 7 cylinders...I had a missfire on #3 cylinder. I cant do from a dead stop yet because I have no way to get traction. I dont have slicks yet, and my tires are bald as ****. I am fixing that soon and I will definately take vids then. Are y'all STILL pissy that I havent told the cam specs yet?? Noone ever said the cam was all great or anything! Its not a big cam at all. Its not made to produce an assload of power its made to up my DCR and perform better.

I did the 164 in my car while it was bone stock, no headers no suspension nothing.

I thought these cars gave out at 150-155???? Not saying your lying, btw, just saying i didnt know that. . . . . Hell, I havent run my piece over 130 yet

and im talking about when stock. . . .

haha, on the street, yes a solid axle is dangerous bozo. they hop around every time there is a bump or minor imperfection in the road and if you are going around a corner and hit a bump with the rear suspension, a spin out is very easy

I think the more important question is why would you be doing 130+mph on a road with potholes

honestly though I don't think an IRS car would be any better equipped to handle such a situation than a solid axle car would

Hmm, all this talk of lt1's going 170+, that's pretty quick I personally have only got to 160 GPS verified, considering my speedo goes to 110 or so lol. Granted my 160 was not on a long straight road either. Regardless once you do it once, it kind of loses its oomph and its a bit unsafe also obviously the car feels like it loses 900lbs lol.

In certain towns in my state the cops can't chase you at all. Due to the fact they all drive tahoe's. It's in the department code book. NO CHASES for any reason. Kind of stupid if you ask me
