11's Cam Only Finally
11's Cam Only Finally Went up to Capitol friday night (3/26) and there was 25 cars that raced the entire night. I never had to wait more for more than 3 cars ahead of me. Anyways track prep sucked and there were no big tire cars but I still managed to get my first ever 11 second pass.

Cam-230/236 .544 .555 lift 112lsa
EWP, Moser 12bolt with 4.11's, Jet Hot LT's ORY w/cut out, K&N intake, march underdrive pulley, comp 1.6 rr's QA1 R's up front, Comp Eng. rear shocks, adj TQ arm, sfc's, lca's, rear sway bar. I also run on bogart D-10's w/ 26x10.5 ET Streets ..I only have removed the ac, front sway bar, and spare tire and jack. The whole interior is in the car it weighs about 3500 w/ driver.

Very nice! As stated before - drop that 60' and shave some weight off of the car and you should be looking at solid 11.7's all day. Post up a video if you got it!

Congrats, not a lot of guys manage 11s cam only.
That said go look into the weather you ran in. That was a meaningful part of the equation. Not trying to discourage, just trying to say that as the weather warms and the BARO drops you may not repeat or better this till fall when the air gets good again.

I dont have any videos of the run but I so wish that I did. I've been fighting with the 60' for a while now to get it to drop so I think it finally starting to come around some.

LOL i love it ! thats another one of those "OLD" grinds that people say,"man thats old technology you need a custom cam" yet again that theory gets BUSTED great job reppin an old dinosour cam

Very nice job. I missed an 11 by a hair when I was still cam only with the hotcam, I was so pissed! I have since done some mild p/p of the heads, haven't had a chance to make a good run since finishing the heads and made some other changes. Looking to run it again soon.
Congrats, that is an awesome accomplishment! I was at Beaver Springs up here in PA yesterday with friends and we had some negative DA it was great.
You missed out on some good "blowing **** up" the other day with Ian. I brought the Garand and M1917 out and he got a stiffy shooting them. Hopefully we can all hook up and blow some more produce up once I get a weekend free.
