Default Anyone notice this behavior with the LT4 knock module?

I recently installed my LT4 knock module and I am noticing tha when the motor is cold and in open loop, I get lots of random KR. I did not get this cold open loop KR with the LT1 KM.

Once hot and closed loop, rarely ever any KR even under WOT. There are no pipes hitting or any other obvious things that should be causing this.

Anyone else notice this with the LT4 KM?

Which knock sensor do you have in it? Is it original or did you (or possibly a previous owner) replace it at some point? Might not have made a functional difference with the more sensitive (LT1) KM, but a switch to the LT4 KM might be more visible under certain conditions, like you found in open loop. Or possible that the KS's resistance is out of spec. Check the ohms on it per Shoebox's instructions under Knock Sensor (and see if you can spot a part # on it to make sure somebody didn't replace it with an OBDII KS before you got the car):

Thanks.
It is not the original, its a parts house sensor. I think I have an extra at home in the shop. I will OHM check them next.
