Thats at my DD street wieght. My 1/8th mile was 8.8 @81mph. Idk if it's just me but after it shifts into third gear at like 80-85, it becomes a turd.
What would you guys do to cut my times down a little?

how's traction? were your 2.1 60's spinning/babying it out of the whole? or was it dead hooking?
if it hooks, go for a 3.73 gear.
then save up for a set of tires and a 3000converter, and you'll see a major improvement.
weigh reduction wouldn't hurt either.
my hardtop formula with similar mods was putting down 278/306, and ran an 8.49@83mph on a 2.0 60'.
